1. Quotations & Measurements
All custom showers are initially quoted based on estimated sizes provided by the client. Once the quote is approved, Shine Ko will conduct a site visit to take final measurements. The final quote may be adjusted if additional items or changes are required.
2. Call-Out Fee
If the client chooses not to proceed after site measurements have been taken, a call-out fee will be charged.
3. Payment Terms
Cash on Delivery: Accepted only for in-stock walk-in shower screens.
Custom Orders: A 70% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion, before the installer leaves the site.
Payment Method: Only EFT payments are accepted. Ewallet and cash send payments are not accepted.
4. Manufacturing Lead Time
Glass manufacturing typically takes 5–7 working days. Day 1 begins on the next working day after the deposit is received.
5. Delays
Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as transit breakage or furnace problems. Clients will be informed if this happens.
6. Tile Damage
Shine Ko is not liable for tile breakage during installation unless the damage is excessive (e.g., due to low cement coverage under tiles).
7. Warranty
Installation: 6-month warranty for leaks from Shine Ko installations.
Exclusions: No warranty for water damage caused by misuse or third-party installation.
Glass: Manufacturer defects only; accidental damage is not covered.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom shower orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged once confirmed.
9. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct specifications and ensure all required fittings and accessories are listed.
10. Cleaning Advice
Do not use acid-based cleaners on shower hardware, as they may damage or discolor the fittings.
